We have huge variety of suppliers for circular knit , sweater and woven item. We screen and audit new factories on a regular basis for suitable suppliers to give best support to customers.

Quality People daily visit to factory. They report the finding to Doratex Management. We check all the points and give appropriate decision for quality developments. Our QA follow in factories Fabrics quality, garments sewing-Labeling-finishing-packing quality, also fulfill test requirements by buyer if needed.

Merchandising team are performing daily for follow up factory to control the schedule of running orders and on time approval for lab dip, samples, prints, fabrics, trims and accessories.

Doratex managements very often visit the factory along with Merchandisers and QA to ensure on time delivery. They also follow up yarn purchasing, Knitting, Dyeing situation as well.

Doratex commercial dept. makes sure to customer for on time docs on hand. So that customer can release the shipped and give payment on-time.

Doratex giving Quality Inspection services to customers as AQL standard. Our QA team is expert to handle PP Meeting, Inline and Final Inspection from AQL 1 to AQL 2.5 as International and Japan Standard.
